Our E-Mat Heavy Duty Access Mats are a versatile and popular choice for ground protection, ideal for supporting heavy plant and machinery up to 80 tonnes in weight. Designed for demanding ground conditions, these mats are durable and slightly lighter than some alternatives, making them easier to handle. Available in full size (2.4m x 1.2m, 35kg) and half size (2.4m x 0.6m, 18kg), E-Mats can be moved by hand, with two people required for the full size. Each mat is equipped with metal strap connectors in 2-way or 4-way configurations and multiple connection points, allowing for secure and adaptable setup.
Crafted from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE), E-Mats feature a high-traction vehicular surface and a non-slip pedestrian surface, ensuring safe use for both vehicles and foot traffic. These mats are easy to clean, non-absorbent, and fully recyclable, offering an eco-friendly solution for ground protection. With six handling holes for convenient placement and robust performance in tough conditions, E-Mats are available for both hire and purchase, making them a flexible and cost-effective option for any project.
