The Ecosmart 12ft Mobile Welfare Unit combines smart design with genuine on-site practicality, offering a welcoming space for up to six people. Inside, you’ll find a spacious canteen area with fixed bench seating, a microwave, kettle, and convenient under-seat storage – all set within a bright, modern interior finished to a high standard. Electric heating and PIR-activated LED lighting help to maintain comfort while maximising energy efficiency, and essential facilities such as a drying room and toilet area ensure the unit is fully compliant with HSE guidelines.

Designed with sustainability and usability in mind, the unit features an advanced hybrid power system. A silent Stage V generator works alongside roof-mounted solar panels to cut fuel usage dramatically, while battery storage extends energy supply even further. The hydraulic axle system allows for a full setup in under 30 seconds, and the unit is road-legal, lightweight, and easy to manoeuvre. Built for secure, day-to-day use, it’s an ideal solution for construction sites, infrastructure projects, and temporary locations where welfare compliance and comfort matter.
