Our RB22 Heavy Duty Crash Tested water filled plastic barriers offer a robust and flexible solution, with ease of use and transportation making it a well-established market leading product. They provide a very competitive solution which can be quickly deployed for use by traffic management on highways, construction and event sites - along with many other applications where they can help to provide traffic delineation, control and safety for your workforce and other pedestrians.
Technical Datasheet- - they have been fully tested and approved by TRL (Transport Research Laboratory); BS EN-1317 N1 50mph test (with the barrier units only), giving them the capability to bring a vehicle to a controlled stop, by deflecting and absorbing an impact, making them suitable for highway use when filled with water and installed correctly. Steel pins link each barrier together and this is further enhanced by steel flat plates being bolted to either side of the barriers. No drilling into the ground is required.
- - easy to manually assemble and dismantle as they are lightweight when empty and when filled with water they can still be moved using the fork slots. It is possible to fill them with water after assembly.
